| FOSTER TEXTILE, our consumer division, focuses on items often used for advertising and marketing promotions, gift giving and home decoration. Our popular tote bags and aprons are available in a variety of colors and styles. This division has been established as a quality assured contract sewer in the textile industry. Other items manufactured by the Foster Textile Division include decorative pillows, napkins, oven mitts, place mats, T-shirts, tablecloths, and logo pieces to just mention a few. Private labeling and cut & sew contracting are also available through this division. We are a manufacturer and we have minimum runs of 500 units per size and color. At Foster Textile, all of our Aprons and Tote Bags are PROUDLY AMERICAN MADE in one of our Louisiana Manufacturing facilities. We are constantly increasing the staffing of our consumer division as the need continues to grow with the popularity of our products. Our team of talented employees has 10 years of experience and the flexibility demanded by producing consumer end products. Though Foster Textile carries stock products, the majority of them started as custom made products. We carry both general stock items and customer specific stock items. FULL BIB APRONS These are our best selling aprons and are often used for promotional purposes. Each apron is approximately 36" long by 30" wide 7 ounce poly/cotton blend material and features a 1 inch wide self-fabric neck strap, reinforced stress points, and half inch wide matching braided and sealed waist ties to prevent fraying. 3-POCKET BIB APRONS These popular aprons are approximately 29 inches long by 30 inches wide and made from a 7 ounce poly/cotton blend material. SPECIAL OFFER FOR PRINTING Making an apron more attractive by adding artwork and/or private labeling is a popular business practice. Many of our customers order our apron for such purposes. However, some companies find adding artwork and private labeling to a completed apron sometimes effects the printing quality especially for all over printing patterns. To assist our customers in providing their customers with the most attractive printing possible, we have established a special ordering process to those who request it. Upon request, the apron order in broken down into two separate production stages. First, the customer may purchase the apron's cut pattern (called apron panel) which is sent to them for adding their desired printing work. The second stage begins when the already printed apron panel is returned to Foster Textile for the completion of the apron production into the final product. Each stage is billed and invoiced separately. The added benefits of this process other than a better printing job is better tracking of the order throughout the production process and a reduction of dollars lost of completed aprons when spoilage occurs. The cost associated with spoilage lost is the cost of the apron panel and not the cost of the completed apron. If this service can be a benefit to you, please request it when placing your order. Minimum quantify orders are required for this offer.
CREATING YOUR OWN CUSTOM DESIGNED APRON Creating your own custom designed apron(s) to meet your specific needs and desires is actually quite easy. You can pick from our stocked colored material or use specials ordered material. You tell us the measurements you want it to be along with the style you desire (for example bib or waist apron). The location, size, and number of pockets, the type of neck straps (standard width, D ring adjustable), type and length of waist ties, and anything else you may think of can be custom ordered. Our most commonly produced mesh tote bags are produced from our heavyweight stocked nylon mesh as the body of the bag with matching web sewn in the top rim for extra durability and poly web handles. Each mesh bag features a fabric pocket on one or both sides of the bag to display your logo and artwork. Be different and add pizzazz to your promotional line items.
