FOSTER OUTSIDE PLANT DIVISION BAGS & POUCHES
"B" CANVAS POCKET The "B" Canvas Pocket is made of cotton duck and is provided with a small inside pocket for extra utility. A stiffened rope is sewn inside the top hem and leather side reinforcement strips are provided to keep the pocket open for quick and easy access to tools. Two web straps with dee rings and snap hooks, are provided for easy attachment to a belt (up to 3" wide) or to a cable near the work area. Leather reinforcements are secured to each web strap and to the inside bottom of the pocket for long wear and durability.
INSTALLERS' MATERIAL BAGS These bags each have four divided compartments made for holding small parts. The bags are made of 10.10 ounce army cotton duck, a natural or neutral colored rawhide drawstring, and a full-grain cowhide material locking tab for a secure closure. These bags come in three different sizes, each designated by a different color.
"B" CANVAS TRAY / SPLICER'S TRAY This rectangular tray is used for holding tools and material or catching wire clippings while the worker is splicing. The tray is made of a durable olive green cotton duck with a sturdy and smooth, covered masonite floor. There is a large pocket on the outside of the tray and two pockets on the opposite side which are ideal for holding tie wraps and connectors. The tray is equipped with two manila rope loops, each provided with a brass swivel snap hook so that the tray can be hung from a sturdy strand or cable. This tray is collapsible which allows it to be stored easily when not in use.
"B" INSTALLER'S APRON The apron has an upper and lower storage unit each with gusset pockets (seven total) and zipper closures for added protection for tools and other items. The apron has an adjustable web belt and a leather loop for carrying a hammer.
CANVAS BIT ROLL The Canvas Bit Roll is the convenient and smart way to organize your tool bits, wrenches, files or other hand tools. It is made of a flat, olive drab, cotton duck and contains 18 pockets. The pockets slant downward creating different pocket lengths to hold various sizes of tools. The deepest pocket measures 12 inches and the shortest measures about 6 inches. The Canvas Bit Roll is provided with a flap and tie string that help keep it tightly rolled closed.
JUNK BAG This sturdy bag can be used for carrying almost anything. It is made of a No. 4 heavy-duty white canvas and has a double bottom for long wear. Carrying handles are made of 1-½ inch wide cotton web for an easy and comfortable grip. The junk bag is sometimes referred to as a Coal Bag and is tough enough to hold very heavy items.
"B" GLOVE BAG The bag is made of a tough cotton duck with a polysheeting liner for extra protection. A web strap that is reinforced with leather at the point of maximum wear, a snap hook, and a dee ring are used for suspending the bag from a body belt (up to 5" wide). The overall dimensions are 16 inches in length, 8-½ inches in width, with a gusset of 3 inches.
GLOVE BAG WITH VELCRO The bag has a folded Velcro flap for easy closure and access. The Velcro design provides extra protection for gloves against snags, punctures, or tears often caused from zippers and snap closures. The bag is made of a sturdy cotton duck with a polysheeting liner for extra protection and long life. A web strap that is reinforced with leather at the point of maximum wear, a snap hook, and a dee ring are used for suspending the bag from a body belt (up to 5" wide). The overall dimensions are 16 inches in length, 8-½ inches in width, with a gusset of 3 inches.
"C" STORAGE BAG The bag is made of a high quality cotton duck with a polysheeting liner for extra protection and long wear. The bag is equipped with a zipper at the top to provide maximum equipment protection. The bag has a web strap reinforced with leather, a snap hook, and dee ring for suspending the bag from a body belt (up to 5" wide).
SOFT CARRYING CASE This Soft Carrying Case has many uses including a convenient way to organize test cords. The case is made of a black 950 denier textured nylon with an adjustable shoulder strap and two comfortable grip handles. The case contains 8 inside pockets. One side of the bag consists of one large inside pocket with 3 equally divided pockets attached to it. The other side of the bag contains 4 equally divided inside pockets. A double bottom provides extra durability. It has a zipper closure system with two pull tabs that meet in the middle. This Soft Carrying Case is a great way to organize any thing from tools to test cords to paper work.
SCRAP WIRE BAG This bag is a doubled lined paper bag with a sturdy reinforced sewn bottom. It is used for holding scrap wire that is to be re-cycled. The bag has a one time usage.
"B" TENT BAG The "B" Tent Bag is constructed from a extra heavy cotton duck for the best possible protection. The bag has a full length closure system with spliced ropes that are threaded through four pair of riveted grommet holes spaced evenly along the length of the bag. The "B" Tent Bag can be used for the "D" Workman's Tent or the "H" Aerial Tent.
SWIVEL SNAP HOOK The brass swivel snap hook is used in hoisting canvas buckets. Swivel snap hooks can be included with specified buckets and line hose bags or ordered separately. This swivel snap hook is not designed as an occupational protective hook. Do Not use for safety support.
CBH-2 HOOKS & S HOOKS CBH-2 hooks and S hooks provide a method of hanging Aerial-basket oval buckets safely and efficiently. They can be used as hanging hooks for handlines, ropes, slings, and canvas oval buckets. Field tests have shown theses hooks to be virtually unbreakable after years of continued use which includes testing under extremes of high and sub zero temperatures (as low as -40 degrees F / -4.4 C). These CBH-2 hooks and S hooks are considered to be the toughest in the industry.
